Once you submit an enquiry on our website, this is the process that follows --- and that will ideally see you on your way to the vacation of a lifetime in Africa with Eco4x4Africa.

1. Acknowledgment of your request /enquiry

On submission you will receive an email to let you know your enquiry has been received by us and we have start working on your dream.

2. Response time

Eco4x4Africa is committed to responding to each enquiry within 12 hours of it being received, weekends included or a response by the Monday.

3. A travel expert is assigned

Your enquiry will be assigned to Alex, Alta or Bertus, a safari expert who specialises in the area or areas you have indicated you are eager to explore. For this reason a detailed enquiry form from you will assist us in understanding your vacation requirements. This will be someone who can give you precisely the kind of first-hand information and advice that you need.

4. Fine-tune your safari

What follows next is a series of conversations between you and your expert advisor as together you work out the details of your dream African adventure. We will make recommendations and suggestions based on your must-sees, must-dos, accommodation needs and practical considerations.

5. The final proposal and quotation from ECO4X4AFRICA by Email

Once you and our travel expert have put together the details of your African vacation, you will receive a detailed proposal and a quotation. Until you are happy with the proposal and quotation you are under no obligation to travel with Eco4x4Africa - although we trust that we'll put together a package too exciting to resist!

If you are happy, you will receive a Contract from Eco4x4Africa confirm all detail, terms and conditions to protect the interest of both parties involved for this Booking and Tour

6. The final step is to pay a deposit per safari group to confirm your BOOKING
